Right of Withdrawal

1. Can I return the product I received? Do I have the right of withdrawal?

In accordance with the regulation in item (ğ) of Article 2 of the “Distance Contracts Regulation”, published in the Official Gazette dated 27.11.2014 and numbered 29188, “Daily consumption items such as food and beverages are taken to the residence or workplace of the consumer within the framework of regular deliveries of the seller”. There is no right of withdrawal in contracts. However, in accordance with our service policy, we grant our valued customers the right to cancel your orders that have not been delivered to the cargo.

2. Return conditions For

products that are accepted for return (products that are not accepted for return are listed below), you can send the product back with its box and invoice, (with a petition stating your complaint and stating your “BANK ACCOUNT INFORMATION” if your payment method is by wire transfer), When we receive the product, the product price (excluding the shipping cost) will be returned to you.

Non-returnable items (except manufacturer’s fault);

  • special products produced according to your request.
  • HandcraftedHandcrafted textile (clothing, etc.) products (for hygiene reasons)

3. When will I be refunded for the product I returned?

After your return transaction is approved by Suslucollection.com; Refunds for orders made with a ‘Credit Card’ are made to the credit card. The reflection of your payment on your card may differ according to the processing times of the banks. Depending on your bank, the amount you paid will be refunded to your card within a maximum of 10 working days. This process is completely dependent on your bank and our company has no right to interfere with your bank.

4. For order cancellation;

If your order has not been shipped; You can cancel your sale by contacting us.

If your order has been shipped; Do not accept the cargo that comes to you, the order price (excluding the transportation cost) will be refunded when we receive the product.

It is not possible to cancel or return the personalized products after the production is completed (except for the manufacturer’s fault).
