Cargo Process The

shipping process of the orders starts with the completion of the credit card security check or the approval of your money order/eft payment. Our products in stock will be shipped within 24 hours at the latest from the date you pay to receive them. 

For products that are out of stock or to be supplied from manufacturers and collectors, the product deadlines written separately in the description of each product (in the product detail section) on our website will be valid. 

Shipping Time will charge you according to the distance of the address you requested by the cargo company you have chosen and will deliver it to you within 2 to 6 working days according to the distance of the address. 

Cargo companies will deliver the products to you according to the product delivery times they have given. E.g; Yurtiçi Cargo will deliver the cargo of the provincial centers up to 600 km away from Ankara within 24 hours, and the cargo of the provincial centers more than 600 km away within 48 hours.

Some manufacturers may respond late to requests due to special circumstances and workload before holidays or holidays. The customer cannot hold responsible for these delays caused by the manufacturer after he has been informed and accepted, and he is deemed to have accepted these conditions in advance.

In line with your request, your order may remain in the “Waiting” status or you may cancel your order. For this, you need to contact our customer service.

Occasionally, short-term delays may occur due to the procurement process, in which case you will be informed by e-mail.
